What is the THE CAGE APP?

The Cage iphone app is aimed to help amateur and social footballers make online booking of pitch, keep scores of their games/league , platform to interact with other amateur and social footballers about the game.

What is the payment method to book the pitch?

The payment method to book a pitch with The Cage app is by PAYPAL.

How far in advance can I make a booking?

Booking can be done 48hrs in advance should you need to make a booking after 48hrs you will be directed to give us a call on our mobile.

What is the duration of each booking?

The duration of each booking is in blocks of  1 hour.

Will I get a confirmation after booking?

Yes you will get a confirmation sms and e-mail upon booking completion.

Is the scoreboard free to use?

Yes. The scoreboard is free for use for players and customers for tracking time of their game and score.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be given in any form of monetary/cheque/credit payment . However should a person choose to cancel their bookings The Cage will allow re allocation of booking time convenient for the customer :

• For the above to take effect Customers must give a minimum of 48 hrs notice of cancellation of confirmed bookings. Upon agreed cancellations, within stipulated timeframe,  a substitute date will be arranged accordingly.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how WWTBF PTE LTD, The Cage Events PTE LTD and The Cage Sports Park PTE LTD (“The Cage”) uses personal information (“Personal Information”) and it applies to all new users who register on our iPhone application (“The Cage App”) on or after the effective date. If you do not agree to the following statement, please do not register, subscribe, create an account and/or utilize The Cage App.

1. Types of Personal Information collected

Personal Information is information used by The Cage to identify and/or contact an individual. It also includes other information that may be collected in the process of utilizing The Cage App, such as:

1. Contact Information – used primarily to facilitate communication with the user of The Cage App, such as name, contact number and email address.

 

1. Transaction Information – collected through the interactions between the users and The Cage App, such as booking details, payment modes and payment status.

 

1. Financial Account Information – all payments made through The Cage App are processed by PayPal and The Cage does not collect any financial account information of its users. Users of The Cage App are strongly encouraged to review the privacy policy of PayPal prior to any financial transaction.

 

1. How The Cage collects Personal Information

Users are required to register with The Cage App prior to any bookings. All Personal Information entered into The Cage App will be captured and stored by The Cage.

The Cage uses Personal Information to:

1. Operate, maintain and improve The Cage App;
2. Retrieve all bookings and payments made by the user;
3. Provide regular updates and/or EDMs to the user;
4. Provide users with new offers, products and/or services;
5. Send users reminders, notices, updates and/or administrative messages;
6. Provide necessary customer support to the users.

The Cage App stores all Personal Information at its private server with reasonable safeguard features to ensure the protection of each user’s Personal Information.

The Cage Privacy Statement only applies to the use and disclosure of information by The Cage through the utilization of The Cage App. Other websites that may be accessible through The Cage App, such as PayPal and Google Maps, may have their own privacy statements. The Cage strongly encourages users of The Cage App to familiarize with all Third Party Privacy Statement before committing any Personal Information to them.

To keep up with regulation practices under the Singapore Law, The Cage may from time to time review and update The Cage Privacy Statement.
